Another movie fest, last night. In order, I think.

Premonition: I like Sandra Bullock. I like kooki time travel. I don't like the "And now the priest will tell you it's all for a purpose" scene, but that's a personal preference, obviously. It was very well done. Some... discrepancies I did not approve of, and then there is, of course, the end. I was disappointed by the effect of the time travel.

Black Dahlia: Not at all what I was excepting, but interesting to behold.

Catch & Release: After seeing Fiona Shaw's role in Dahlia, having her pop up in the mother role in this film was unsettling. I got over it quickly. Jennifer Garner is so adorable. All of the characters were utterly amusing, particularly Kevin Smith's character who really kind of stole the show for me.

Eragon: Huh. Yes, "Huh," is about my opinion of it. I think I liked it? Nice sweeping vistas, adorable dragon, hot chick, Jeremy Irons in requisite bad-ass role. Sadly, Brom & Sephira were the only characters I gave a damn about. I may have been distracted and pre-biased, however.

The Fountain: Oooo, wow. Just go watch it. Really. It's beautiful and fascinating.

Still to watch: The Island and Cursed.

I did actually get writing done during the movie madness. Not a lot, but I worked in a lot of previously written entries to the timeline. I consider it progress. Do not disabuse me of the notion.
